Walking WeekendsSingle Boots has an annual weekend away on the first Bank Holiday in May every year, where over 30 members of the group meet and walk together for three days. These weekends have been in areas such as Yorkshire, Exmoor, Whitby, and Morecambe Bay.
In addition to this, we arrange for numerous weekends away to the Lake District, Snowdonia, Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Brecon Beacons and Pembrokeshire.
We have a number of qualified walk and mountain leaders in the group, so if it is your ambition to walk to the top of Scafell Pike or Snowdon, there will be an opportunity at some point in the programme.
The brave souls in the group camp on the weekends away, while others in the group use local B&Bs. Everyone meets up for a sociable beer or three and a meal in the evenings.
