A lovely walk from the top of the Dassett Hills, going through the villages of Burton Dassett, Avon Dassett, Farnborough, and Fenny Compton.  There are fine views of Edge Hill and we Warwickshire countryside and we pass by the National Trust 18th Century Farnborough Hall.  The Country Park is a dramatic mix of rugged grassy hills with open grazing and a small beacon on the highest point.

There are toilets at the Country Park which should be open but were closed on the recce.  Refreshments afterwards at The Avon Inn, Avon Dassett, a short drive away.
