Snowdonia weekend (Betws-y-Coed) - 20-21 April 2019

This years Easter trip to Snowdonia was sunny and hot and ten members of the club met up on the Friday in the Stables Bar in Betws y Coed.

On the Saturday we did a 7 mile linear walk across the Glyderau (the Glyders), Glyder Fawr (1001m) and Glyder Fach (994m) with some of the best scenery in Snowdonia. We also lay in the snow made snowmen and had a great mountain experience in a rocky landscape.

On the evening we had a meal in the Bistro in Betws y Coed. It has great post walk atmosphere and the food was excellent.

On the Sunday the great weather continued and we had a fantastic 8 mile walk on to the top of Moel Siabod. from the top we have amazing 360 views of Snowdonia
